days 24 &25: here comes the sun & INSPIRED MUCH.
Hi all, have been really enjoying the GREEEEEEEEEN SMOOOOOTHIES. Yesterday I enjoyed another spinach/sunsprouts/cucumber/mango/pineapple/banana smoothie. MMMMMMMMMMMMM. Today it was spinach ( I have a whole bag I have to use up)/sunsprouts/cucumber/banana/persimmon. I have really grown to LOVE presimmons. But not as much as Mangoes. MMMMMMMMMMMMM.
Also enJOYed a nice walk on the beach again this morning and the SUN came out again. It is SO UPLIFTING when the Sun rises over the ocean.
So, many of you may be aware that the Woodstock Fruit festival has been taking place this last week. Oh How I would have LOVE to have gone. Next year I WILL be there! In the meantime Dan the Man McDonald from the Liferegenerator site has been taking random vids of the peeps who are speaking and attending. If you are in any doubt that this way of living (and eating!) works please take a look at these videos. Woodstock has just been home to the biggest collection of the healthiest people on the planet.
