The Rise of the Planet of the Grapes
Hello Sweet Peeps!
I’ve healed & overcome so many things since going raw including depression, IBS, period pain etc but it’s time to go deeper, go through the time warp & heal & regenerate issues that resulted from my birth experience. Yesterday I began Day One of an indeterminate flow of time on just grapes, green juices & Heal- All tea. This might sound a bit extreme to some but grapes are incredibly cleansing, incredibly powerful high energy fruit and are able to help the body heal itself on the cellular level. The green juices are also incredibly alkalising. So yesterday I drank one litre of greeeeeen juice made from apples, lemons, celery, ginger, baby spinach & parsley and I ate about 2kg of green seedless grapes. I also drank a cup of Heal-All tea and used it as a mouthwash on the three occasions that I cleaned my teeth. The Heal-All Tea contains equal parts of: marshmallow root, plantago major, burdock root, comfrey leaf, comfrey root, chaparral & black walnut hulls. Today, so far, I have had 1 litre greeen juice with apples, lemon, celery, cucumber, ginger, Egyptian spinach. And I just finished 750g of red flame seedless grapes.
So that’s what I’m going to be doing everyday for as long as my body desires 
In other news, I haven’t been around here much because I’ve been busy studying with Dr Robert Morse through his International School of Detoxification (www.naturesbotanicalpharmacy.com) and gaining certification as a Detoxification Specialist AND I’ve been busy formalizing & setting up my coaching service at www.rafaelvitality.org!
The Rafa’El Vitality site has a separate blog (on the Resources page) on which I will update recipes, articles & other news such as challenges etc. this blog I will continue to use to update my progress on these crazy cleansing adventures as well as general stuff about my world.
In the meantime, get stuck into more fruit & veg.
